“The Biggest Loser” Winners Then and Now

For 12 years since it first aired in 2004, The Biggest Loser was one of television’s most watched reality shows. Not only that, it has also helped countless people with weight problems lose weight and get healthy with the help of personal trainers that monitored everything from their physical activities to their diet. To this day, it’s hard to forget the inspiring individuals who bravely went on a public weight loss journey and really put themselves out there. And so we wonder, two years after the last episode aired, what has happened to some of our The Biggest Loser favorites and if they’ve managed to keep up their newfound healthy lifestyle.

 Kelly Minner – Season 1

Kelly Miner did not get the top prize in her bank account in The Biggest Loser’s first season, but she did win the bigger prize of not only losing 79 pounds by the end of the show but managing to keep it off. From 242 pounds, she was down to 163 by the season finale. She has lost even more weight since and is now an impressive 140 pounds.
